Age is the biggest risk factor for dementia; the older you are, the greater your risk. Our genes also play a role in how likely we are to develop dementia. We cannot change either of these risk factors. Mind your Mind is all about the risk factors that we can do something to change.

The seven Mind your Mind signposts point the way to a healthy brain and reducing your risk of dementia.
