Australia On the Move (OzOM) is a project aimed at improving the health and quality of life of Australians by promoting and supporting active lifestyles and healthy eating. OzOM’s main goal is to help people to take small changes towards a healthy life.

The 10,000 Steps Program engages individuals, professionals and communities in the promotion of physical activity. It encourages everyone to take 10,000 steps per day. 10,000 Steps has thousands of registered members who utilise the interactive features of the website and hundreds of registered providers from a wide range of health professions.
